Washington Elite Stucco is a licensed and insured stucco contractor with 15 years of experience working on homes and commercial properties across Washington and Washington County. We install stucco on new construction, replace and re-stucco existing exteriors, and blend new finishes in remodels and additions. Our work also covers stucco repair and moisture remediation, resurfacing and recoating, stucco painting, block walls, decorative details, and interior plaster.

We install all three stucco systems in-house, so the assembly gets chosen to suit your building rather than to suit the one system a crew knows. That means one-coat, traditional three-coat, and EIFS, finished in cement or acrylic and matched to the texture and color already on the wall.

Southern Utah decides a lot about how we work. Intense sun fades color and ages joint sealants, and desert wind can pull water out of fresh plaster before it cures. We schedule exterior work around 100°F-plus afternoons, hold every coat to its full cure time, and build the parts of the wall you never see, including the water-resistive barrier, the weep screed, and the flashing at roof-wall joints and window heads.

Every project starts with a written scope that names the system, coat count, finish, color, and the wall areas included, and ends with a daylight walkthrough of the finished walls.
